Refund Policy

1. General principle
Venum Agency S.R.L. aims to ensure user satisfaction with the Mazzen platform. This policy outlines your refund rights in accordance with OUG 34/2014 and our Terms and Conditions.
2. Right of withdrawal — B2C users (14 days)
Individual consumer users (B2C) who have not yet activated or used the paid Service have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of the initial subscription purchase, without stating a reason, in accordance with OUG 34/2014. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@mazzen.net with: • Your full name and account email • Date of purchase • A clear statement that you wish to withdraw Refunds will be processed via Stripe within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, to the original payment method.
3. Waiver of withdrawal right
By accessing paid features of the platform after purchase — including running a crawl, generating an entity audit, or accessing paid reports — you expressly request immediate performance of the Service. You acknowledge and agree that your right of withdrawal is extinguished once the Service has begun to be performed, pursuant to Art. 16(m) of OUG 34/2014.
4. B2B users
Business users do not have a statutory right of withdrawal. Refund requests from business users are handled on a case-by-case basis at Venum Agency S.R.L.'s sole discretion. Consistent with the Terms and Conditions, no automatic refunds are issued for B2B users.
5. Billing errors
If you have been incorrectly charged (e.g., duplicate billing or an incorrect plan applied), contact us at contact@mazzen.net within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a correction or refund where applicable.
6. Free plan
The free limited plan carries no payment obligation. No refund requests apply to free tier usage.
7. Subscription cancellation
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing. You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle, except where required by mandatory consumer protection law under OUG 34/2014 or Legea 296/2004 (Consumer Code).
